1.What products Exambible has currently?

2.What type of Testing Engine does Exambible provide?
Our products are interactive test engines that can be downloaded online and installed on your local PC. There are two different exams in the test engine: 'practice exam', you can practice before the real exam with this part; 'virtual exam', this part could make you familiar with the testing environment just like you are taking exams in the Prometric or VUE testing center.

4.Does Exambible offer explanations for the Q&As ?
We provide explanations for few of our exams. For most of our materials we do not offer explanations, but we provide the best quality of the Q&As. You can get all of the knowledge points from our exam pool. So just follow and master all the Q&As in our exams, then it's enough for you to pass the exam. In this way you can save a lot time and energy for yourself which is more valuable than money.

5.Does Exambible provide simulations/ labs in your products?
Yes, we do! But we only develop simulations/labs for these hot exams, currently we are not able to provide simulations/labs for all exams of all vendors.

6.Can I print your exams (does Exambible provide exams in PDF format)?
All our exams could not be printed and we won't allow anyone to print our products. We reserve all the rights of Exambible products! All our products only can be downloaded online and install on your local PC. The reason is we have to prevent the pirate files to spread, and we cannot guarantee the quality of those pirate files, they will deduce our company's fame and do harm to the candidates who are working hard to prepare the exams. We have met too many users who failed the exams with the pirate study materials and then have to buy our authorized products again. By the way, from our experience and customers' feedbacks, interactive testing engine is the best way for study because it has similar testing environment as the Prometric and VUE testing center.

7.Can I pass an exam with Exambible Q&As only?
Yes, we do! But we only develop simulations/labs for these hot exams, currently we are not able to provide simulations/labs for all exams of all vendors.

8.My downloaded file is a .zipped file, how do I open it?
Your product has been "zipped" or compressed to save space and for efficient transmission from our server to your PC. You can "unzip" or decompress your files by using widely used utilities such as WinZip (http://www.winzip.com) or winRAR. Once you have unzipped your application you will be able to launch or install it on your PC, simply double click on the file you have decompressed.

9.What software do you recommend for unzipping?
Exambible recommends the WinZip compression/decompression utility located at http://www.winzip.com. What are the requirements for the interactive testing engine?
At the moment there are four requirements:1.You need a Windows Operating System;2.You need to have permission to install programs on your PC;3.You need to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE);4.Your computer must be able to access the Internet

11.I think I have bought a wrong product. Can I change it to another one or ask for refund?
We are not responsible for the customer who bought a wrong product. So we cannot change the product for customer or provide refund. Please make sure which product you want, and choose carefully when you intend to purchase.

In that case, please first make sure that the exam code you got is a correct one. And then, if you still cannot find the product, you can send email to sales@exambible.com. We will note down your request, and when we have the product, we will email you at the first time.

15.Does your product have a time limit for use?
Yes, we provide 90-days' using time limit on our products. After 90 days, you test engine will expire and you cannot activate it any more. If you still want to use it, you can pay for the extend. Then you will have a new 90 days time limit.

16.Is your update free?
We provide 90 days free update after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered as expired and cannot be activated any longer. In such case, you must login the user center to extend the product. Click the “extend” button in your user center, you can have 40% discount automatically.

17.Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
You only need to pay 60% of the original price. The authorization will be reset again so that you can activate the exam and run it. Also we provide some of our customers special update period longer than 3 months. For example, the customers who buy more than 5 exams together for the first time, we will prolong the update period for them.

18.How often are your products updated?
In fact there is no fixed date for the update of all exams, so there is no normal date for change! All Exambible products on the website are the latest versions and they will be reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills which being tested in the exams. So if there is any change for any exams, we will update our products within the following 24 hours, and send email to our corresponding customers! In this case, everyone who bought our products will always have the newest questions in the 90 days after their purchase!

19.How do I know that there has been an update?
There are several ways:
The New Releases section on www.exambible.com You will notice the rapid updates there. Exambible makes several updates every day.
Status of a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member center. You can login the user center to check the status of your products.
Exambible will also send email to our corresponding customers to notice them that there is change to certain exams, and customers who bought this exam could download the new version exam for free from the user center. If you never receive the email from us to notice the update, then you still keep the latest version of the exam, just memorize all of the questions and answers in the exams, then you will pass the exam and get high scores!

20.How do I receive my updated exam?
Go to www.exambible.com, find if there are some update news. Check your mailbox, we will send the updated notice to you If there is any change to the exam you have bought then please firstly delete the exam you have downloaded and go to the user center on our website to download the new version exam after you enter your user name and password. For our customers whose exams have been expired, please login the user center to extend the exam, then you will get the latest version.

21.There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. Delete the exam that you have installed on your PC and try to restart Internet Explorer and the computer or clear the local web cache and then download the exam again.

22.What is the current/latest Version of exambible?
We just offer the version or the information about the update to whom has purchased that exam. If you have purchased it, please provide us your Order No. and your User Name, and then we will check it for you. If not, we cannot offer the version for you. But you need not to worry about the version; all our exams on sale are the latest. And we offer 90-days free update and service. Any update you will be informed by email if you have purchased that exam. Then you can download the new copy from the user center.

2.What kind of credit card does exambible accept?

3.Why the sum of money shown on my billing is different from what I paid?
1. Different currencies: Exambible.co.uk sets EUR as its accepting currency, if you pay by other currencies like pound, mark or some else, they must be different in sums.
2. Exchange rate: Exambible.co.uk sets the real-time exchange rate as its standard exchange rate. If the sum of money shown on my billing has a bit difference from what you paid for Exambible products, it may because you paid by other currency, and the real-time exchange rate changed when your bank perform exchange settlement to EUR

4.Is my credit card information secure at your site and how secure is your site?
We can make sure that your card information is absolutely secure at our website which is guaranteed by our Credit Card Professor Global Collect, Moneybookers and Paypal. 6.How are the goods delivered?
All purchases are downloadable from the internet. Typically you are able to access your purchases 30 minutes after we received your payment. If your order is manually reviewed, there might be a delay up to 12 hours before your product is available for downloading.

7.How to make a purchase online?
Select the appropriate products you want from exambible product page, on that page add the exam into the shopping cart, and then checkout. If you want to buy more than one exam, just continue shopping. After you add all the exams you want into the shopping cart. Then checkout, you will see all payment ways and you can choose the best way for you. If this is the first time you purchase from exambible and you have not registered, you have to register first for your membership at exambible website before the purchase. After your purchase, the products will be available for you to download in the member center. 8.Where to get my product after I have made a purchase?
The products are available for you to download in the member center on top right of our website. Please come there, enter your user name and password then login, click “visit user center”. You will see the details for your products. If the downloading is not available for the moment, you cannot find the download button. That is because we are processing your order, please try again later. We often need about half an hour to process your order. If you still can not download 12 hours after your purchase please contact us at support@exambible.com or come to our livesupport to check the status of your order.

10.I have placed an order, but when I enter the user center I can not find the details for downloading, what is that problem?
Please be sure that you have paid successfully for your order. The problem may contain two cases, one is that you just placed your order but did not pay for it. The other is that you have placed your order and paid for it but without success. You have not received a transaction confirmation email. If you are not sure about the problem please come connect us to check the status of your order.

1.I have paid for my product successfully where should I download my product?
Go to the user center on top right of our website enter your user ID (Registered email) and password, then login, click the button “visit user center”. You will see your order number and the download button. There you can download your products. Usually it will take 4 or more hours to process your order, if you meet the auth error, please Logout and try again several hours later.

2.I have installed the exam on my home PC, could I still install it on my laptop?
Yes, you can. Each copy could be installed on 2 computers. But the authorization code is valid to active the test engine only once, if you want to download and install on the 2nd computers, you have to contact us by live-support to reset the code when you meet that error.

5.What is the superiority of exambible products compared with other vendors?
Indeed there are many exams vendors in the market. The exams of other vendors maybe cheaper or with more questions, but you have to understand all of them hard and they can’t promise you how many of the questions would appear in the test. So you have no confidence whether you can pass the exam or not with their products. Products of exambible maybe a bit expensive and fewer questions than other vendors, however we promise you almost all of the knowledge points in the test would be found from our products. Exambible will issue the refund and keep our promise, but we need to find the reason of your failure. We are definitely sure that our test engines are all with the latest questions which cover all the knowledge points of the exam. We guess the main reason you failed is that you have not answered the Simulator questions or called Lab question correctly, and they value a lot of scores in some exams. Although we have offered some reference answer for Simulator questions, but the description of simulator questions will change in your real exam. You need to understand the simulator questions before you take real exam.We want to find the true reason of your failure in order to improve the quality of our exam. 7.I can not activate my test engine/ the authorization codes shows error, what is the problem?
Please do not worry when you meet such problem. In fact our test engine authorization code is valid only once, so when you try to activate or download the exam for the second time you will meet authorization error. Please contact us and tell us your order number. We will reset the authorization code for you. In fact the authorization code will still remain the same, but we have reset it, so you can activate the exam.

8.What is the passing rate for those who purchase your products to prepare their exams? Besides questions and answers what else materials do you recommend to your customers for their exams?
Firstly exambible promise customers that they can pass the exams for sure with its products. Just follow its requirement. The reason is that, all exambible products are of the latest version and questions are all up to date.What’s more, exambible questions have covered 100% knowledge points and at least 95% questions of the exam. 9.When I study the questions with exambible products I can not save the exam in the history, when I exit the program the history is deleted, why?
Yes, all exambible products do not save history, you have to memorize all of the contents or go through the questions and answers once you study the exam. Otherwise you have to start from the beginning when you open the product next time.

10.I am at work, when I try to activate my exam I often meet authorization error, what is that problem?
Our products can not be activated behind firewall and proxy, so the reason may be that you are running the firewall and proxy when you are at work. So please try again when you are at home or try again after you close the firewall and proxy.

11.I have purchased your products in the past, now I notice that there is a new version of that exam on exambible website. Can I update my exams to the latest version?
Exambible offer our customers 90 days free update, if you find the exam of your order has changed within 3 months since the day you purchased, you can update your exam. Just tell us your order number, we will reset the auth code for you and you can download the new version of that exam from the user center. If your order has been out of 90 days, then you should login the user center to extend the exam, you just need to pay 60% of the original exam price. Then you can download the new version. Generally we will notice our customers by email if there is any change to the exam which they have bought. If you have not received any notice then there is no change.

12.I can’t login the user center, it shows that the user name or the password are not correct / I forget my password and can’t login. What should I do?
Please do not worry if you meet such trouble, we will change your password. Come to our livesupport or send your problem to us at support@exambible.com, tell us your user name. Then we will reset the password for you. With the new password you can login successfully.

13.How long will I take to prepare the exam with exambible products?
Since all our products are the latest version and all the questions are up to date which have covered at least 95% questions of the test. So what you need to do for passing the exam is just understand and master all of the studying material we provide. It depends on yourself how long you will take to prepare for the exam. If you have a good understanding of the Q&As, then a short time is enough, or you have to prepare for a long time.
